“Our furnace wasn’t sending heat to certain floors in the townhouse. Our home warranty co. had North Pacific Mechanical come out to assess. Deon the technician was in contact prior to appointment and came early. He checked the furnace and explained what the parts are and how things should work. In a short time he found the problem and got the heat going to all floors. He knows his stuff and was very enthusiastic about his work. Thanks Deon for a job well done!!”
